With respect to the commitment of the National Assembly, Hungary, to global challenges, the United Nations Charter, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the European Union's development policy and humanitarian aid principles the 2014 XC. Decree about international development cooperation and international humanitarian aid was adapted as well.

Policies and regulations

In line with the sustainability related requirements of the Fundamental Law, international agreements, especially the UN’s Agenda 2030, and the NFSSD, the Government launched new policies or amended existing policies in order to integrate sustainability into the goals, targets and incentives of the policies and laws.
